Our Company

In 1985, PWC Message Center began taking calls for 30 clients. It all started with a few telephones, notepads and 3 operators. We have now grown to a paperless telephone system employing 15 operators and servicing 400 clients in over 8 states.

PWC Message Center is proud to say that 85% of our new clients have joined us based on a referral from a current client!!

Our goal has stayed the same over the years, to “Provide a live & professional answering service for our clients.”

Our commitment to our clients extends into the ongoing training of our employees. In addition, we have the appropriate insurance coverage; it's just good business.
  • Monthly Staff Meetings for information and training 
  • 80% of our operators have been with us over 5 years 
  • Each operator is covered by a $25,000 Surety Bond 
  • Liability Insurance $1,000,000 cap per incident 
  • Errors and Omission Insurance with HIPAA Compliant Coverage ($1,000,000 with $3,000,000 aggregate) 
  • Two management personnel on call on a rotating schedule 24/7 
  • All staff has annual in-house training for HIPAA-HITECH compliance

To ensure we are always available for you, we have invested heavily in equipment, phone support and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Our telephone service is delivered via three different carriers with both copper and fiber 
  • 24/7 Vendor and IT Support Back up local (East Coast and West Coast backup storage every 15 minutes) 
  • Internet Service is secure and provided by two different carriers to eliminate interruptions 
  • SQL Direct Network Backup Software 
  • Servers all backed up with RPT Real Time Servers 
  • Complete Mirrored Amtelco Switch in Place for Back up and Spare parts 
  • Shared Back up Telephony T-1 
  • We are backed up by a natural gas generator with a 9 second delay and UPS coverage during that delay 
  • Mobile Disaster Team in place for emergencies 
  • Monthly drills completed with Disaster Team
